By downloading, accessing, or using the Thrive AI application ("App") or website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

Thrive AI is an AI-powered personal growth and wellness application that provides daily affirmations, meditations, journaling tools, goal tracking, and AI coaching conversations. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Not a Medical or Mental Health Service

The content provided by Thrive AI does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns. 4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Thrive AI offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, AI responses, and software — are the exclusive property of Thrive AI / ThriveLabsAI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrive AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
